Senior Living Resources
Your Local Real Estate Specialist and Senior Living Advocate
Michael Kurowski has been a Realtor since 2009 when he made the personal decision to leave the world of corporate marketing after 21 years. He wanted to go to work everyday knowing that he would have the opportunity to assist people in making one of the most important financial decisions in their lifetimes.
In addition to assisting first-timers, mover uppers, and investors, one of his sweet spots is his knowledge and passion in serving seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. In 2017, Michael made the commitment to earn his SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. Nationally, only 20% of licensed Realtors hold this designation. He understands these buyers and sellers have very specific real estate needs. He also strongly believes seniors need an advocate and voice when making these decisions, especially when adult children or others are involved.
Are you thinking of selling your home to move to a senior-supportive community or environment?
